Dr. Kim and Dr. Tani strongly feel that local rescues and shelters are one of the best ways to prevent animal cruelty and unnecessary euthanasia of healthy animals.  These local organizations have entrusted and partnered with our hospital to help heal injured and helpless animals.  Please visit their websites to learn more about their cause and view the animals they have saved and are saving. 


Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California is committed to saving homeless hounds and finding them a loving family.


The Little Red Dog is an organization that helps as many animals as they can by finding them loving homes.  The rescue group was founded in memory of a little red American Pit Bull Terrier used in dog fighting who did not make it.  


OC Small Paws is a non-profit cat rescue, whose mission is to save cats in high-kill shelters. 


German Shepherd Safe Haven Inc. is a non-profit charity that is dedicated to finding forever homes for abandoned German Shepherds.  Their goal is to rescue, train, rehabilitate, and re-home German Shepherds from shelters that are often hours away from euthanasia.  


Alura Always and Forever Pekingese Rescue believes that every dog deserves a home.   Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome Pekingese and other related dogs.  


Forever Home Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding "forever homes" for abandoned, abused, and neglected cats and kittens.  They are located in southern California and serve the Orange County Area.


O.C. Animal League, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.  Its main function is to rescue these animals and provide them with a safe haven until loving, adoptive homes can be found.
